She comes from a family business that is now in its 6th generation and operates in both Germany and Canada.

For her, family businesses have a fundamental function in the German economy, because in addition to turnover, they also take into account the personal values of the individual, pay attention to a good working atmosphere, show a long-term orientation and are geared towards low fluctuation and sustainable action.

She gained her professional experience in the steel and automotive industries as well as in her family's winery. As Business Manager and LUXX Profile Master, she is responsible for the areas of human resources, finance and accounting and, together with her team, ensures the performance of the Wachendorff Group.
