Robert has been with the company since the beginning. After a technical education and a degree in industrial engineering (Dipl.-Wirtschaftsingenieur, FH), he gained experience at international companies abroad before taking over the management of the Wachendorff Group.

As a REISS Profile Master, he is interested in the motives that drive people. He likes to share his knowledge and experience, especially in the areas of innovation process and product management, but also in agile company management, in publications, panel discussions and lectures. As a member of the "Förderverein der Gründungsfabrik Rheingau", he advises start-ups and evaluates their business plans.
