Sandy has been Head of IT, Organisation and Quality at the Wachendorff Group since 2016. Since 2017, he has also headed the R&D department of Wachendorff Automation.

With a degree in business administration with a focus on business informatics and corporate management, he has acquired the foundations for his current responsibilities.

The insights into an industrial company were laid early on during his training as an industrial clerk. In his responsibility as a management representative for ISO 9001 and also ISO 14001, he was strongly influenced by process orientation, which plays a very important role especially in organisational development and improvement of systems. During his time as a consultant for an enterprise resource planning system, his understanding of the manufacturing industry and trading companies developed further.
